· Define and implement hiring strategies and programs to provide the organization with required talent to meet Infosys’ business needs locally as well as in other assigned European locations

· Define and maintain hiring standards according to organization needs and market best practice

· Closely partner with leadership, managers

· Participate on hiring plans and projections, budget for the function, controlling of the delivery and costs efficiency, benchmarking

· Provide required management information and data for business decisions, drive reviews and present results of the function

· Manage, inspire, motivate and further grow own on-site recruitment team

· Manage and oversee the delivery of services from HRO (SSC model for selected activities)

· Drive and encourage team to continuous improvements, efficiencies, and automations

· Grant compliance with local legislation and internal policies and processes

· Drive external brand visibility

· Deliver great candidate experience through the team

· Closely cooperate with internal HR function to support

· Manage TA related projects, RPOs

· Participate on HR or organization projects


· Strong knowledge of modern recruitment practices (ideally 3+ years of experience from a corporate environment)

· Strong knowledge of local market

· Team management experience

· English at least C1

· Confident and strong personality

· Analytical skills necessary for data analysis and reporting

· Experience in effective communication

· Knowledge of MS Office – Excel, PowerPoint

· Experience in using ATS, knowledge of Kenexa is an advantage
