MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Process coordination: coordinate meetings, discuss threats/challenges, ensure the execution of the management decisions are made.
  • Analysis and insight: Prepare demand and supply scenarios, analyze the risks associated, and propose mitigation plans. In systems business analysis of resource requirements to sup-port different scenarios. Explain the interdependencies among the metrics.
  • Information coordination: arrange a good flow of info (cooperation with project managers, production, keep data updated and relevant)
  • Process improvement: Monitor metrics related to the engagement to ensure it is serving the priorities of the business. Help managers to drive sustainable and transformational changes (combine technical and operational RFF local knowledge and apply methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma etc).

  • Process coordination: Ensure all steps of the S&OP process happen on time, helping all con-tributors to comply with the requirements and active participation. Run the S&OP meetings, ensur-ing that all information is presented, all stakeholders are engaged, decisions are made and execution plans articulated. Ensure the execution of the decisions made during the meetings. Escalate when required.
  • Information coordination: Ensure information is collected timely and accurately. Arrange a good flow of information from product review to demand review to operations review. In systems businesses ensure coordination of S&OP and In-tegrated Project Management processes. Check the consistency of all pieces of information used during the S&OP process and facilitate the reconciliation process.
  • Analysis and insight: Prepare demand and supply scenarios, analyze the risks associated, and propose mitigation plans. In systems business analysis of resource requirements to support different scenarios. Explain the interdependencies among the metrics of the S&OP process.
  • Process improvement: Monitor metrics related to the engagement and the outcome of the S&OP or IBP process. Work with all contributors on improving the process, and make sure it is serving the priorities of the business.
  • OU S&OP: support OU S&OP manager to drive sustainable and transformational changes for Au-tomation and Communication Operating Unit fo-cusing on the development and implementation of Sales and Operations Planning process. You are expected to combine technical and operational RFF local knowledge and apply methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma to deliver data driven operational improvements for all the coun-tries in the OU AC SAS. This role will require you to work with different levels in the organization in order to strengthen the Continuous Improvement Culture in a complex business environment.

REQUIRED KOMPETENCES

  • Experience with the same or relevant job (i.e. Demand Planning, Forecast Models, Inventory Strategies, and Sales and Operations Planning must)
  • Expert on MS Excel, PowerBi, Process Design Tools, Project Management Tools.
  • Advanced English to be in touch with global team and native speaker in Czech.
  • Strong interpersonal skills essential to effectively interact and earn credibility with all teams, areas and levels of business affecting inventory management throughout the network, adaptability for changes
  • Proven data and analytics skills, excellent numerical skills and statistical forecasting experience
  • Hands on knowledge project and change management, Six Sigma and conducting cycles of learning

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business or related field. Advanced degree a plus.

  • CPF and CDPF preferred
  • Experience in Demand Planning, Forecast Models, Inventory Strategies, and Sales and Operations Planning must be considered a plus.
  • Good knowledge on MS Excel, PowerBi, Process Design Tools, Projet Management Tools.
  • Interpersonal skills essential to effectively interact and earn credibility with all teams, areas and levels of business affecting inventory management throughout the network.
  • Track record of delivering continuous improvement projects within S&OP scope
  • Proven data and analytics skills
  • Worked in multicultural environment and able to succeed in dynamic and fast-paced work environment

  • Good influencing and communication competency
