Our client, very successful Swiss company located in Kralupy nad Vltavou, would like to welcome on board independent:


Your ROLE:

  • Independently manage controlling agenda for Czech Rep., Slovakia, Poland and Croatia.
  • Report directly to Finance Manager CEE (located in Bratislava)
  • Working closely with company management within international matrix organization
  • Play a key role in business controlling, reporting and navigation
  • Manage annual budgeting for operational part of the company
  • Prepare regular reports, create analysis for business and operational results
  • Create forecasts, identify deviations from the plans and comment on them
  • Be part of innovative projects supporting business growth
  • Co-operate closely with accounting departments within the regions
  • Innovate and initiate changes leading to efficiency and quality of financial controlling
  • Business trips to Slovakia, Poland, Austria, Switzerland, Germany, etc.

  • University degree in Finance/Economy or relevant experience
  • Fluent English language
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Excel, knowledge of SAP and K2 would be an advantage
  • Knowledge and experience in finance controlling ideally within international organization
  • Analytical skills as well as orientation to the business needs
  • Mature communication skills, teamwork, ability to work cross-border within matrix structure
  • Flexibility and ability to set and even change priorities
  • Professional approach, responsibility and independency
