Sales Coordinator - Technical Support

WHAT WILL BE YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Technical support for our premium brand
  • Offers for IC price requests and for special configuration (SAP)
  • Lead time and delivery date requests
  • Find and send data sheets, drawing, manuals etc.
  • Find and name correct part no. or MLFB
  • Work with CPRs (enter requests for quotation for technical change)
  • Check orders (technical review/clarification)
  • Review processes and tools, exploring opportunities for improvement

WHAT IS IMPORTANT FOR US:

  • English Proficiency
  • Technical background, preferably with experience in manufacturing
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to independently search for solutions
  • Ability to investigate, collate and understand multiple sources of technical drawings/information
  • Experience with SAP or other ERP system is an advantage
