Backoffice System Specialist

We´re looking for a product specialist who will help us with our internal backoffice systems and functionalities. These backoffice systems could be tools for betting, marketing systems or almost any other software used internally.

This role is mainly responsible for managing requirements of internal customers, reflecting local differences and processes and contributing to roadmap creation.


  • Product owner of internal systems towards our development and internal customers
  • Internal systems product roadmap realization
  • Backlog holder and prioritization based on business/product inputs
  • Agile development process, requirements and stories creation.
  • Capacity team planning
  • Development process with supplier, change monitoring
  • Documentation of the internal systems
  • Introducing the changes to the end-users, releases and knowledge transfer
  • Optimizations, technical analysis, identification of opportunities
  • Coordination with suppliers, developers, architects, testers, frontend team incl UX and project management


  • Analytical and logical thinking
  • At least 3 years experience with business requirements definition and roadmap management
  • Mathematical basics
  • Product / Project Management skills
  • Focus on the internal + external customer experience
  • Technical background & experience with development advantageous
  • Knowledge of the business environment and compliance framework
  • Experience with JIRA, Confluence, MS Office
  • Communication and presentation skills
