Product Manager for Marketing/Customer Care Tools

Fortuna Entertainment Group is hiring for or an unusual but interesting role called Group Marketing Operations Specialist at our headquarters in Prague.

We´re looking for someone who will manage marketing tools at our CLCM hub (Customer Lifecycle Management). At this moment, CLCM hub is covering acquisition, CRM, affiliate, personalization, marketing automation, BI, customer service and others.


  • Be a product manager – improve our customer care platform (basically our CRM for customer care and fraud)
  • Be an “account manager” - be responsible for communication with our vendor, ensure that everything is connected and working
  • Be a business analyst – processing requests from executive teams and communicate with suppliers and internal development teams
  • Be a tester - test new procedures and tools
  • Be innovative - always look for ways to expect the current situation and come up with your solutions
  • Be a SPOC - daily contact with your colleagues at the Group level but also in the local marketing teams


  • Fluent English
  • Experience with marketing tools and customer journeys would be a huge plus, but we are open to junior candidates as well
  • Ability to adapt new tools, technical thinking, and customer-oriented approach
