Executive Team Assistant

Executive Team Assistant supports our top management team. This role aims to be the right hand of Front Office Team leader and executive team, must have the ability to provide calendar management, project and administrative support for multiple executives, keeping them and the company organised.


  • Administrative support top management team (calendar management, meeting organisation, preparing documents for meetings, attendance of executive management, admin support with expenses settlement, orders approval)
  • Assistance with reception coordination (refreshment)
  • Top management team members’ business trips agenda (organisation, orders, hotels, flight tickets)
  • deputy for Front Office Team leader and Receptionist (in case sickness or holiday)


  • High school /university degree
  • Knowledge of English language fluent level – spoken and written. B1 as minimum
  • Experience in a multinational company with at least 100 employees
  • Min. two years experience in similar position (front/back office manager, executive or team assistant)
  • Excellent PC skills (Outlook, Excel, PPT, Word)
  • Strong communication, negotiation, organisational and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent time management, able to prioritisation
  • An internal client-oriented approach, proactivity
  • Independent decision-making
