Customer Care Support Analyst with Polish

FLEETCOR is looking for new colleagues, whose role will be:

• Providing complete customer service on the passive customer service phone line
• E-mail communication with customers
• Communication with customers from Poland
• Entering of new contracts in the database and updates
• Dealing with requests and complaints of clients

The ideal candidate should meet the following requirements:
• Fluency in Polish
• English at communicative level (necessary for the internal team communication, communication with small amount of English speaking customers)
• Good communication skills, assertiveness
• Independence and thoroughness
• Resistance to stress
• Working experience in the area of customer service is an advantage
