Ideal role for GRADUATES at Travel and Expenses Department

Purpose of the role:

  • To act as an administrator of the corporate credit cards for the users based in the EMEA/EEMEA region and also to support the daily processing of the T&E reports in SAP Concur application.

Job functions:

  • Order Credit Cards for new employees or for existing employee in case of a broken card
  • Increase permanent or temporary limits on request of cardholder
  • Respond to any questions from the cardholders
  • Reconciliation of credit card accounts if needed (in case of payment mismatch or reporting issue)
  • Closing credit cards accounts when employee is leaving
  • Running selected reports to check if there are any deliquent accounts and follow up with cardholders
  • Coordinating with the Bank a reimbursement if there is any amount due to Edwards (provide bank instruction from Edwards)
  • To be in contact with A/P Team and Bank in case of issue with payments or ARM file
  • Daily processing of expense reports and review the alignment of the expenses with the T&E Policy
