Associate Manager Data Analyst_Supply Chain_MEDTECH COMPANY

Role Purpose:

  • Assess and perform initial data analysis, to improve operations within EMEACLA region.

Essential Job Functions:

  • Identify new and innovative tools to improve overall analytics capabilities
  • Perform complex data analysis, develop data driven insights and root-causes for inefficiencies and ineffectiveness of processes.
  • Identify opportunities for training, improve systems and product data quality
  • Continually improve user experience for Business intelligence reports and dashboards
  • Provide technical expertise and lead high-level strategic problem solving sessions with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
  • Partner with IT and other software development partners to architect, drive design, implement operational metrics dashboards for BUs, Functions and Regions/Plants. Continually improve user experience for Business Intelligence reports and dashboards
  • Support the control tower team with implementing and control inventory monitoring and visibility tools
  • Contribute to the execution of complex supply chain related projects (e.g., NPD introductions)
  • Perform validation and testing of models to ensure adequacy

Desired Skills & Experience:

  • Bachelor's Degree and 5 years of experiences in related field
  • Proven successful project management skills
  • Proficient in both Microsoft Office Suite and business related systems and databases (Excel, JDA/JDE, Qlikview)
  • Proven expertise in warehouse and distribution technologies (e.g., RFID, WMS, Bar Coding)
  • Ability to develop compliant processes and procedures
  • Ability to develop and integrate metrics into the projects and operations that clearly demonstrate the value of planning, purchasing, and logistics to the business
  • Serve as core partner to senior leaders in Business Units, Functional Groups, Regions and IT
