What we expect you to do:

  • Monitoring network infrastructure
  • Identifying problems and errors
  • Ensuring resolution of incidents and requests
  • Incident management
  • Investigating second line support calls assigned and identify the root cause of incidents and problems
  • Ensuring that assigned infrastructure at the client site is configured, installed, tested and operational
  • Assisting in analysing, assigning and escalating the support calls
  • Provide phone support to clients

Here's what we are looking for:

  • Working experience from networking support (routing, switching)
  • Knowledge of Oracle SBC products (Acme Packet) is a big plus or any other knowledge of SBC products
  • Experience in configuration and troubleshooting, LAN & WAN environment
  • Experience with Cisco devices. e.g. ISR, µBR, CNR, ASR
  • CCNA/CCNP certification is a big plus
  • English - written and spoken
  • On-call duties after business hours
