We have a unique opportunity for you to join our team in Prague as Customer Support Specialist.

Most of the time you are the first point of contact for customers. You provide technical support to clients (business-2-consumer) and try to exceed their expectations during each call. Customer Advisor is always portraying the company in a positive light and effectively managing sensitive issues. Most of the time you are the first point of contact regarding different software troubles with smartphones, tablets or computers.

We will help you with all needed trainings, support and knowledge to provide the best possible support for our customers over the phone.

We expect from you:

· Willingness to learn and grow with company, career growth is possible

· Work in the team

· Willingness to deal with different situations and different types of customers

· English on conversational level and proficient Czech

· Previous experience in customer sphere will be a great advantage

· Knowledge of PC, smartphones is a plus, however all necessary trainings will be provided during first 3 weeks. Familiarity with iOS and/or macOS, or comparable technology, is preferred

· Ability to remain calm when dealing with emotional, difficult or distressed customers
