Application Support Engineer eBond

We are looking for an open-minded and proactive team player, who is passionate about communication and technology. You will work closely together with our traders, feel the pulse of the global financial markets first hand and deal with on the edge technology.

The focus of this role would be the support of our core trading application for fixed income products. Your team is located in London, Frankfurt, Prague and Singapore.

You will be responsible for:

  • Support of the traders in any aspect of your application
  • Incident- request- and problem management in your space
  • Participation in project work for further enhancements
  • Development of system improvements

  • Effective facilitation skills. Should be able to facilitate group discussions & meetings with various teams in the organization
  • Action orientated. Able to follow up on feedback from the business & relay/develop positive outcomes.

Technical Skills & Experience:

  • Incident, Problem & Change management experience
  • Unix & SQL experience is mandatory
  • Python & Shell scripting
  • ITRS Geneos/Grafana/Prometheus monitoring is desirable
  • Basic understanding of Financial & Banking Industry will be an added advantage
