Internal Banking Application Support
We are looking for a motivated independent self-starter with strong communication skills to join our Application Operations Team. As Application Specialist you will be supporting a growing number of banking applications used in various locations.
You will be responsible for:
- 1st and 2nd level support of internal Banking applications in the Finance/IPV area
- Application monitoring, analysis and troubleshooting
- Request, Incident, Change and Problem management
- Input Application Management topics in a project-like team including developers and business specialist and contributing as an effective team player
- Participating in on-call schedules, weekend and public holiday support when required
We prefer candidates with:
- Good knowledge of Oracle/SQL and Unix/Windows
- Very good analytical and problem solving skills
- Very good team and customer orientation skills
- Independent, stress resistant, responsible attitude
- Good communication skills in English (Czech is not required)
