Local IT Support (m/f)

Main Responsibilities:

•1st-Level-Support for all issues related to Information and Communication Technology (ICT)
•Local coordinator for desktop and telecommunication issues
•Local Infrastructure management
•Participation in selected pilot studies and projects

In detail:

•Administration of local PC’s and servers in cooperation with Central Divisions
•Management of user IT requests (User profile, Workstation profile, Printer…)
•Monitoring / Maintenance and Coordination of all local applications
•Maintenance network system in cooperation with Central Divisions
•Incident management
•First-level-support for Information and Communication Technology
•Manage IT Infrastructure in coordination with Central Divisions
•Support disaster recovery procedures
•Support operations on national holidays (Target days) if required business wise
•Maintaining IT Processes and Workflows
•Participate in projects impacting IT domains: Infrastructure, software, processes, workflows, ...


•2 years degree
•2-3 years working experience in the home country specific banking IT environment
•Knowledge of underlying business procedures and products
•Deep knowledge of country specific Electronic Banking format
•Language Czech and English (must), German (advantage)
•Practical knowledge of Service-management Processes (ITIL)
•Proficient in Infrastructure, Operating Systems and IT Security
•Service and Result oriented
•Strong organizational and analytical skills
•Team oriented and ability to work in a collaborative environment
•Good Communication skills
