Service Delivery Supervisor - Document Digitization

Your main tasks:

  • Daily maintaining and service delivery to our customers as per signed SLA
  • Planning and implementation delivery phase of contracts and projects agreed with customers
  • Daily communication with small team of delivery experts
  • Delivery of KPIs measured weekly, monthly and quarterly
  • Profit and loss analysis and their comparison with real processing
  • Invoicing reporting, project cost and revenue reporting, project budget forecasting
  • Regular communication with customers
  • Continuous improvement mindset, Operation Excellence as key drive to daily work
  • Pro-active approach in owning the contract, identifying risks and taking necessary steps for successful delivery to customer
  • Expert consultations and inputs for pre-sales and sales activities

Our expectations:

  • Written and spoken English at a professional level (daily communication in English via phone and Skype)
  • Very good knowledge of Czech language
  • Knowledge of MS Office
  • Experience with managing projects for Shared Service Center or in-sourced service centre or similar experience in Document Process Outsourcing centres is an advantage
  • Another advantage is an experience in project management in the field of customer service and also in resource management within projects
