Credit Limit Specialist and Manual Invoices Processor

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Maintain the company credit policy
  • Monitor and update process
  • Accept or reject the staff's credit recommendations
  • Monitor periodic credit reviews
  • Manage manual invoicing (manual invoices, manual credit/debit notes)
  • Cooperation with other departments (in the GBS and in the local entities)
  • Report operation process issues to team leader and support in issue resolution
  • Complete period end closing activities for Accounts Receivable
  • Support transfer of activities from local entities into the GBS
  • Develop process documentations
  • Other Accounts Receivables and Cash Collection support duties as assigned

Our requirements:

  • Analytical Skills
  • Detail Orientation
  • 3 years Experience in Accounts Receivable preferably Credit Management
  • College degree in Business Administration or equivalent Accounting qualification
  • Deep and broad understanding of accounts receivable
  • Working experience with SAP
  • Advanced knowledge of MS office tools
  • Fluent in English
  • Communication skills and cooperative mindset
  • High level of accountability and accuracy
  • Team player with a good sense for different company/ country cultures
