Team Leader (Finance): LatAm region

As Team Leader for the Latam Reporting Team at BTL, you'll play a crucial role in our international financial operations:

• Leadership: Lead a team of 4 finance professionals in Peru and Ecuador, reporting to the Head of Reporting in Cyprus.
• Financial Reporting: Gather, analyze, and present vital financial data that shape our decision-making process. Report one branch to understand the process from the beginning till the end.
• Team Management: Oversee daily operations, set performance targets, and ensure accurate, timely reports.
• Collaboration: Work closely with sales managers, providing financial insights for Latin American branches.
• Problem-Solving: Use your problem-solving skills to address urgent issues and make strategic recommendations.
• International Exposure: Travel extensively in Latin America (about 9 months per year) after initial training in Europe (Romania, Cyprus, Czech Republic).

Requirements:

• Finance degree, specializing in accounting.
• 3-4 years of accounting and finance experience.
• Fluent in Spanish and English.
• Team leadership experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Ability to thrive under pressure and proactively tackle tasks.
