The ideal candidate will be responsible for new business acquisitions in foreign territories on segment Energy.


  • Research our energy sector clients needs and prepare technical and commercial offers for them
  • Meet with our (potential) clients and grow long-lasting relationships that address their needs
  • Negotiate prices and contract terms with our customers leading to deal closing
  • Prove to our new and existing customers the quality and technical solutions of our products
  • Identify business opportunities and create action plans in the energy segment including business development
  • Meet established revenue and margin targets
  • Communicate fluently in English and German, Czech language is an advantage.


  • High school/university of technical and economic direction
  • Experience in managing sales (in Energy sector is an advantage)
  • MS Office (Word, Excel) including orientation in ERP
  • Knowledge of English and/or German at least at B2 level
  • Very good communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Sales oriented mindset
  • Structured and independent way of working
  • Ability to travel at least 40% of the time
