Specialist, Data integration and Reporting


Data integration and reporting team is now looking for a motivated, hardworking individual to join the development team in Ostrava. The successful candidate will ensure the effective and efficient provision of Data Integration and reporting services to the Stora Enso business units and will be responsible for a variety of tasks including:

• Provide second and third level contact and convey resolutions to end users’ issues
• Properly escalate unresolved queries to the next level of support
• Track, route and redirect problems to correct resources
• Produce KPI reports of services
• Walk users through problem solving process
• Follow up with end users, provide feedback and see problems through to resolution
• Utilize excellent customer service skills and exceed users’ expectations
• Ensure proper recording, documentation and closure
• Recommended procedure modifications or improvements
• Preserve and grow your knowledge of help desk procedures and services
• Support on small enhancement and follow up the agreed process


The ideal candidate will have the following skills and competences:
• University level studies in computer science, Management Information Systems or other related area.
• Proven working experience in providing help desk support
• Proficiency in English
• Working knowledge of help desk software, databases and remote control
• Strong client-facing and communication skills
• Advanced troubleshooting and multi-tasking skills
• Customer service orientation
• Team player with social competence

Other technical skills that will be considered a plus:

• MS SQL Server / T-SQL
• MS SQL Server BI stack – SSIS, SSAS, SSRS (2014, 2016)
• Power BI
• Service now
