We are looking for a self-motivated administrative assistant who will be responding enquiries from our customers over the email and phone.

We are a medical tourism agency "Beauty in Prague" ( offering plastic surgery packages to clients from the UK and Ireland. Over the last 10 years we have helped many clients to improve the quality of their life.

We require:

  • Fluent English (daily communication by emails, via phone, personal)
  • Previous stay in the UK, Ireland or USA an advantage
  • Fluent Czech or Slovak
  • MS Office (Outlook, Word)
  • Suitable also for students or women on maternity leave or retiree/pensioner
  • Flexibility, reliability, good communication skills and proactive approach
  • Ability to work under pressure and prioritize


  • Answer emails and calls from customers (UK, Ireland)
  • Assist clients with booking their surgeries and trip to Prague
  • Provide customer service
  • Communicate with Czech speaking partners located in Prague (mainly with a clinic)

We offer:

  • 120 Kc/hour
  • Starting date – ASAP
  • working from home is also possible
  • 25-30 hours per week
